Consignment Terms
Please read before signing.
- We ask all auction items to be consigned and photographed or brought onsite 30 days prior to the auction date for online bidding and advertisement. If Southwest Auction does not receive a sufficient number of consignments to justify an in-person live auction, all consigned items will be run on our online platform only at no additional charge to the seller.
- All sales are subject to 10% commission. Any guarantees implied are between buyer & seller; otherwise all items sell “as is, where is”.
- Sellers may refuse the final bid. All refusals are subject to a 10% minimum or a $10.00 maximum, whichever is the lowest, to the seller.
- The seller is the owner of all merchandise consigned until the final bid is accepted. No reserves on items under $100.
- No consignments on small household items (glassware, furniture, etc.), toys, broken items, or clothing. Items are subject to review and possible rejection by auction staff. Large appliances in good working order only.
- Southwest Auction is not responsible for theft of or damage to merchandise. Neither Southwest Auction nor any employee thereof is responsible for accident or injury on auction grounds before, during, or after the auction.
