Absentee Bid Sheet

I give Southwest Auction Service my permission to place the following bids for me. Southwest Auction Service also has my permission as the buyer to use the following credit card to pay for the below listed dog(s) or equipment. I fully understand that I am giving Southwest Auction Service the authority to buy on my behalf and all purchases are as is where is and in doing so I have no right to refuse any animals or equipment purchased.

I promise that I will not stop payment on my credit card or check for any reason. All guarantees are between the Seller and my self and I hold Southwest Auction Service blameless.

I promise to pick up the dogs within 3 days of the auction. Any days past this grace period are subject to $5.00 a day per dog boarding fee. Any arrangements where the dogs have to be transported to me that are subject to transportation fees and any Veterinarian expenses, such as health certificates, rabies shot, etc. will be charged to me.

I also understand that all purchases made with Visa or MasterCard are subject to 5% Buyer’s premium.
